There likely are variables in the DPF life. This mileage of no return is extremely variable based on oil and success of prior regens over time. I asked about the mileage and oil because there is point where if the DPF is fouled no amount of regents active or force will clear the DPF. Or is yours regening but not successful in clearing the load? Do you you know the type of oil that was being used for that 80k? This would be critical info for others on the forum as we often discuss the ash content of the oil as it relates to DPF life. Is that content a lot?
